Repairs Procedure

All requests for repairs must be submitted promptly in writing either on our repairs form at our office or by email  and giving details of the issue and in which room it relates to. This will be forwarded to your landlord for his attention and action. 
Telephone messages can be left at our office in the event of emergencies. 
 Please note you will be given notice of contractor visits for repairs/maintenance. 
If a contractor is called out by us or the landlord and the problem proves to have been caused by tenant negligence, the invoice will be charged to the tenant accordingly.
