FAQ's - Rent Payments
11 month Contracts: – 1st September – 31st July
Please note this only applies to rent payments.
- The first rental payment is due by 1st August.
- The remaining three payments are due by 1st October, 1st February and 1st May.
- Please refer to your copy of the contract for your tenancy term and rent payment details
- All rent is paid to our office through the bank via a Direct Bank Transfer. Our bank details are available upon request.
- We do not accept payments by either debit or credit cards.
- Our properties are not rented by the room therefore an equal responsibility is placed on each joint tenant for the full cost of the rent should one or more tenants fall behind with their share, or vacate the property.
