• Except where stated on our accommodation list, this is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for 10 months, from 1st September to 30th June.

• Full information is contained in the Student Contract.  

• A sample can be collected from our office. 

• A sample has also been supplied to Advice and Welfare at Warwick University.  

• The document is prepared at our office and when all parties have signed it, one copy of the agreement is given to each household.
