RENT PAYMENTS

A cheque post-dated 1st August is required when signing the tenancy agreement in respect of the rent for September.  If you do not have a cheque book, we accept a cheque from either your parents of another party, or you can pay in cash.  Please note this only applies to rent payments.   
We cannot accept payments for the deposit from parents or another party)
The remaining three payments are due by 1st October, 1st January and 1st April.     
All rent is paid to our office by cheque or through the bank via a Direct Bank Transfer. Our bank details are available upon request.

(Please write the address of the house you rent on the reverse) 
 
  • We advise one person in each household should be responsible for bringing in all the rent cheques for which a receipt is given.
  • A stamped self-addressed envelope must be supplied if receipts are required for posted cheques.
  • We do not accept payments by either debit or credit cards.
  • Our properties are not rented by the room therefore an equal responsibility is placed on each joint tenant for the full cost of the rent should one or more tenants fall behind with their share, or vacate the property. 
  • N.B.  £25 per transaction will be charged for all unpaid cheques returned by the bank or those that have to be represented.
