
ADMINISTRATION AND REFERENCING
When you have found a property you wish to rent you will be asked to complete application form. And submit a non-refundable administration fee of £100 plus a referencing fee of £25 per applicant. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
THE TENANCY
This is an assured shorthold tenancy for an initial fixed term of six months. Full information relating to the occupation is contained in the tenancy agreement (copy available upon request).
At the end of the tenancy term, a NEW TENANCY for the same property may be offered to you for a minimum of six and a maximum of twelve months.
If the occupants are to remain the same, we require a £50 administration fee inclusive of VAT when you sign and return the acceptance document.
THE DEPOSIT
The equivalent of one months rent is required as a deposit and is payable upon signing the tenancy agreement. Your deposit is registered with the Government Approved ‘The Dispute Service’. This is returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the tenants' obligations being fulfilled.
THE RENT
Payments are made by one bankers standing order per house, which must reach our Clients Account by the due date. Alternatively, rent can be paid directly to our office by cheque either in person or by post.
