To view a property:

Call at the house and ask the current students to show you round.

If nobody is at home leave the tenants a note with your email address/phone number and ask them to contact you with a suitable time.

If all your group are not present at the first visit, obtain contact numbers from the current tenants to arrange a second visit
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTIES WITH VIEWING ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES
When the whole group has decided on a suitable property and are 100% sure, before signing the agreement we require:
A COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM WITH FEES OF £50 PER STUDENT
A COPY OF STUDENT NUS CARDS FOR WHOLE GROUP
