THE HOUSE INVENTORY

The house inventory is a schedule and condition of the house and the landlords furniture and fixtures and fittings.

One copy of the house inventory is given at the start of the tenancy to the first person to collect keys.

Notification must be given to us in writing within 14 days if there are any discrepancies and an appointment made with us to discuss any amendments.
